I am 13 and 165 ibs. I need help to lose solidity and be a regular 13 year olds size. I also have a lot of muscle, but i still hold a lot of fat. Please relieve.

Well, at 13 strenuous exercise isn't advisable really cos your body is still growing.
Just create a sensible diet that includes plenty of fruit and veg, a sensible amount of carbohydrates - like rice and bread and stuff - and protein so things close to chicken.
You should do some exercise - are there any sports you like playing or do you similar to running or cycling? If so, do that!
The best piece to remember is that your ability to lose weight is as comfortable as it was to gain. YOUR YOUNG!!
