I want to tone up and lose fat around my stomach and inner thighs. It's way to hot to run surrounded by the summer, so that's not an option. I also have a gym at my apartment complex. What are some things I can do at home to lose shipment? And keep motivated?
Also, how do I eat better? I am tempt too easily. What are some good diets that won't start out me hungry and craving flavor? Any help is appreciated.

Start doing sit-ups...trust me they'll help yooh! Thats what i'm starting to do for my stomach...
Do as several until it hurts..thats the only way it'll if truth be told WORK
For beginners 20-30 sit-ups in the morning and b4 bed is good!

Also, (and i say this from personal experiance) do not drinkt sodas or concentrated fruit drinks.
