Does anybody know how to loss solidity in a hurry and procure for a moment bit of abs?

It's not for me it's for a friend. He is 12 a little chubby and always sucks his stomach surrounded by. He eats alot and like to play video games. When he think about exercising he gets distracted and doesn't perceive like doing it. He wants to bring his stomach flat or have a little bit of abs. He is mortified with hie weight. He is short and weights 97 pounds. But if his stomach be flat he would weight less. And specifically his goal. Thanks for your help I'm sure my friend will appreciate it. Thanks again!

losing weight is really pretty simple: burn off more calories than you drink. Help your friend. Go for a walk with him or school him a sport. Get him out of his house so he won't eat as much. Whatever you do, don't give up on him.

I've be working with a trainer trying to do this for about 3 months very soon. It is very hard to lose excess weight while building muscle. There is only 1 way to lose shipment and that is to burn more calories than you eat. They beckon this a caloric deficit. Your friend should try to lose about 2-3 lbs of fat a week which is what I'm told is the most that can be without risk lost and kept off without losing lots of muscle at impossible to tell apart time... As for the abs he just needs to capture his % body fat down to a level that will permit them show. Males usually need to hit single digit bodyfat percentage to see defined ab muscles. Depending on your genetics, they might show up at 12%...but for others it might not be until 8%.

for women it is superior, as women naturally carry more body flab. Off the top of my head, I think its resembling 12% or so when they should see abs.

Also bear in mind that some poeple newly do not have genetically large ab muscles, and won't ever own a wicked six-pack.
