(Thyroid)Subclinical HyperT to Normal still own symptoms?

My hair started falling out like crazy by the handfuls so my DR sent me for thyroid blood work my results come back as-
(THESE WERE TOOK MID-MAY)
T4-13.6 (NORMAL. RANGE.4.7 - 11.5)
T3 UPTAKE- 34.0 (NORMAL RANGE 24.2 - 34.2)
FTI-4.62 (NORMAL RANGE-1.68-3.80)
TSH-0.22

They then referred me to a ENDO which I go to last thursday sh did more bloodwork said she thought I was "sub clinical" HyperT and she couldn't treat me because it would dispatch me into HypoT.She said she couldn't explain the hair loss or other symptoms because I shouldn't be having symptoms because my numbers be only slightly off. Also she found a small goiter. Now today get my new test results back---
(THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE SAYS ALL WERE IN NORMAL RANGE)
NEW RESULTS-
FT4- 1.19
FT3- 2.6
TSH-0.471
ANTIBODY'S TEST-(TPO- 7) (antithyroglobulin-Less Than 20)

which they read aloud is all in the average range I dont know the normal ranges? My curls is still falling out Iam at the end of my rope and dont know where to budge from here why are my results up and down? anyone experience this? Maybe I should see a dermatologist? I have to see the endo again in 3 months to be re-tested.I requirement advice anyone go thru this??
Answers:
Ok, the first set of test you had done are very outdated and unreliable. The onee that the endo did are MUCH more reliable, the FT3 and FT4. What time of sunshine did you have both sets of tests done? This make a huge difference. Thyroid levels are highest during the darkness and morning and lowest in the afternoon. It can actually alter up to 3 points throughout the day. The best thing to do is procure them done first thing in the morning and at impossible to tell apart time every time. Your new labs look okay and your antibodies are not over the reference compass. This makes autoimmune thyroid disease unlikely, but not out of the question. She SHOULD enjoy tested TSI (thyroid stimulating immuniglobulin). This is an antibody found in hyperthyroidism/hyperthyroidism. I actually enjoy this and I have Hashimoto's with no TPO or anti-tg (very unusual). I would ask for this theory test to be done. Be prepared if you ask your General Practioner, she/he may not even know what it is or order the wrong test (I've have that happen TWICE!). You could have Hashi's close to me and have enough blocking antibodies that it cancel the TSI out, but every once in a while you become hyperT. I would give the endo a give the name and ask her to test this (TSI); I'm really surprised she didn't. If she doesn't help you, move about to another endo for a 2nd opinion. They are mundane ranges, I dont see anything out of range here. They do change alot but this does give the impression of being more then usual but nothing out of the universal. I would go see a dermatologist that would help.
I would lift it easy, hair is the later thing you got to verbs about
