I love that stuff by the way. What i do is i rinse firs then i floss benevolently where the gel is still there, afterwards rinse again or brush i you are going to bed.Oh and don't brush before you put it on .take a dry towel and rub your teeth, that instrument the gel gets on your teeth and not in your gums where on earth the brush might puncture it.
