There are adjectives kinds of whitening toothpaste (like Rembrandt). And there are inexpensive whitening products on the open market (buy at Wallgreen or Walmart) just remember though, the more you whiten the more you weaken your filling. So if you really like the bright white smile then stay away from coffee, tea, soft drinks, wines, some fruit juice, spaghetti, etc.
worth a try
The staining is most likely extrinsic. This would require a cleaning by a hygienist. It is possible that a simple cleaning could bring your teeth close to the resourceful shade. After the cleaning, you can try crest whitestrips if your teeth are in good alignment for the most factor. If your teeth are not straight, you'll likely need custom trays for bleaching from your dentist.

So, first acquire a cleaning to remove the "superficial" (extrinsic) staining and then bleach with OTC products if needed. You will probably not be capable of remove the stain on your own without a professional dental cleaning using ultrasonics and prophy paste.
well I'm a dentist its better to see a hygienist who will polish the stains for you do not try anything over he counter not only does it not hold the same amount of peroxide it will cost a lot and might be terrifically abrasive see your dentist
There are toothpastes out there that enjoy gradual whitening capabilities, which won't be as tough on the enamel of your teeth. Remember, with enamel, once it is gone, it is gone. You can't carry it back. The use of OTC whitening products can soften and put away away at the natural enamel of your teeth, causing increased sensitivity and in reality promoting tooth decay, rather than preventing it.

PlusWhite make a toothpaste for coffee drinkers and smokers whose capabilities are supposed to be rather pious. I would try something like that, or like it be mentioned earlier, see your dentist for another treatment, or other options.
