Some of my teeth have spots of different colours on them. One tooth has a brown spot (it's not a cavity though) and other teeth own a white spots and I haven't a clue why. Someone told be because I have extrememly low calcium levels and that's why they are not matching colour and why I get cavities really slickly (and a bunch of other stuff.) Is that true?

tea and coffee can stain teeth, do you drink lots of tea or coffee?
Could be any anti biotics you took as a child could have made your teeth wan or spotty. My granddaughter had that problem. We had them bleached and very soon they are lovely. Try bleaching them. Source(s): experience
Could be chocolate. Try brushing more.
yea its true but i have some spots too but my dentist right to be heard that i have too much calcium. i dunno y.
my cousin has the same problem and she be born with it... talk beside the dentists in your area and they should know how to help you...
try a new tooth departed
they might be mottled, i have one and the same problem as you.
I asked my dentist, and she said that they were mottled because of having too much fluoride contained by the water or toothpaste when the big teeth were forming.
It's definetely not because of low calcium level..
although mottled teeth dont look very nice, they supposedly stop plaque and makes you enjoy strong enamel.
She said whitening wouldn't work very well to cover it up, so she said that i'd hold to have veneers.
I deem it is. It's the same way beside white spots on your fingernails. It's a calcium deficiency. Try taking calcium as a pill or drink more milk!
the white spots sound like calcium deposits. i used to own those when i didnt drink enough milk. now i drink nearly a gallon of 2% a week and my teeth and nails are very on form and white. ps i have never had a cavity. if you want to be sure you can other make a dental appointment.
you have to brush your teeeth and devour and drink healthy foods do not eat like mad of chocolate milk is on of the drinks you could drink
yes...to a certain extent. When you drink juice, soda or other beverages that are not hose..it can stain your teeth. It is recommended that you stay away from these drinks but if you still feel the need for them afterwards use a straw so it won't have direct contact with your teeth!
acctually, its quite normal to own different coloured spots on teeth. It's compleatly normal. However, to reduce these, some doctors suggest "arm and hammer" toothpaste. I use it, and the spots own faded. you can also take different vitamins daily, but dont verbs, your teeth are awesome the way they are
Brush them.
I am kidding, something within your diet is wrong, this probably started when you were a small child. Ask a dentist and/or doctor.
Not satisfactory calcium could sure do the job. Maybe check into a doctor/dentist. Or start drinking a lot more milk and see what happen.
