I don't have money to pay the dentist to do it, so I'm going to be using the strips. I purely have a few questions more or less them...
1. What brand/type would you recommend?
2. How well do they actually work?
3. If you stop using them, do your teeth travel back to how they were? (obviously I would verbs brushing, etc.?)
4. How long does it take until your teeth looks better?
5. I think I read somewhere they may be unpromising for your teeth.is this true?

It is true, I applied the strips on my teeth one darkness, the next day I woke up, and they have all fallen out. Source(s): 21 year outdated young man
I tried the Crest White Strips but had to stop after a few days. There was something surrounded by there (peroxide, I think) that made my teeth hurt, like I be chewing aluminum foil, and it kept getting worse.
I use baking soda a few times a week now. Plus the White Strips were expensive.
