Due to my consistent habit of smoking and perpetual coffee drinking at work (yeah, I know I need to quit both one of these days), I own noticed quite a dark hue to my once pristine teeth...
I'm persistent with my day after day brushing and flossing habits. I don't suffer from gingivitis or cavities, and my gums are not sensitive and do not bleed. I newly need to bring the grill back to a white shine...
Does anyone hold a good suggestion on a whitener toothpaste or pre-rinse that has be known to be reliable? Or could I just bring the good ol' dentist proven bleach treatment?
Any suggestions are welcomed...

Some over the counter products work ably but take a lot longer so if time is not celebrated, then go that route. This method is sloppier too since at hand is no custom fitted bleaching tray to keep the bleach put. Source(s): retired DDS
