i really want to bleach my teeth myself, at home, and i was just wondering, can i of late dilute some liquid bleach and brush my teeth with it? or can i lately put some drops of liquid bleach into a teeth tray and leave the tray on overnight? please recount me if it sounds like it would work and if it would be unsafe (like if i don't dilute it enough, what's the worst that could evolve?) thank you!

Baking soda.
I believe when you move about to the store and buy like the white trays there's bleach in them but you are individual supposed to leave them on your teeth for a certain amount of time because if the bleach is departed on your teeth for too long it could eat the enamel off your teeth and your teeth will lose strength and sometimes if you don't do it without a flaw correct your teeth will become very sensitive to hot and cold foods. My teeth are very sensitive already due to bleaching and it hurts REALLY desperate when I touch cold and hot foods or liquids to my teeth. Next time you go to the dentist you should ask him/her for a guidance to get your teeth whiter without the distress. Good luck! Source(s): Experience.
No way in hell dont do it you could die. haha that sounded extreme but seriously dont. buy a whitening paraphernalia or use baking soda. my little cuz dipped his finger in bleach and licked (no notion why)and was hospitalized for 2 weeks. besides its not the same type of bleach dentists use anyway
