u can also try those whitening strips by trident
cheap solution: arm & sledge hammer whitening toothpaste
expensive (better) solution: concentrated whitener in a tooth mold made by a dentist. you squirt the whitener into the mold (looks like a dental retainer) and sleep near it in for 8 hours. then you repeat for 3 night. your teeth will be 2 or 3 shades whiter by the third day.
i've done it and it works.

If you use a whitening toothpaste, such as Colgate Whitening, you will notice a difference within a few weeks. But a great tip for removing stains at the double is to get some dampened cotton wool, put some baking soda on it, and clean your teeth next to that. Baking soda is like a miracle product - there's so much it can do, and it really does get your teeth verbs.
Also, it's much cheaper and less painful than cosmetic whitening, which probably wouldn't be a well-mannered idea at your age anyway, as it does damage the teeth and gums.
Get those white strip things that you can leave on and dissolve or something.
