New bracket on outstandingly rear legs teeth, in a minute white spots on lower cheeks?

I have had braces for almost 2 years, just this minute my Dr. wanted to put brackets on my very pay for teeth, so he did (painful btw)...I have had to put wax on the deeply back brackets for a long time, and finally I put a flash light contained by there to see the damage and I found like mad of little white spots, they don't hurt, near the back brackets...

does this nouns like anything?
