Brush teeth and floss. pour for a moment amount of mouthwash in a dixie cup. then lift a Q-tip and dip Qu-tip in the small dixie cup you poured the mouth wash surrounded by previously. and move the soaked q-tip to the dixie cup with the baking soda and get a perfect amount on it by gently rolling the wet q-tip surrounded by the baking soda mixture, it should naturally stick to the Q-tip. apply to teeth at your own desire every now and later rinsing your mouth out with water (that's what the third cup is for) as baking soda taste awful. do this twice a day after you brush and this does work to get those pearly whites you desire. go to the dentist or orthodonist and get your teeth whitend.
freshly using tooth paste will not help!!

Brush your teeth after breakfast and dinner, and lunch if you can.
Mouthwash once a year.
Floss at night.
Baking soda once a week.
Brush floss and rinse beside mouthwash 3 times a day, get checkups reguarly :D
