Baking Soda is harsh on your teeth - espesically after getting your braces past its sell-by date - your teeth are not as strong and need time to build up again. Peroxide is just as strict. It works, but I wouldn't do it. I agree, put a little baking soda on a toothbrush and brush every light of day. Also, swishing with hydrogen peroxide helps. Just dont swallow!
Has she talked to her dentist about it? They can remove stains better than we can do at home!
There isn't anything available to use at home that does more than remove surface stains. She can try baking soda and peroxide every time after she brushes her teeth with her toothpaste. It tastes unpardonable, but it might help!
