My dad has an Oral B Electronic toothbrush with impermanent brushes, my mum, dad and me have our own brushes for it.
It cleans your teeth fantastically, Not only do i smoke, but i drink lots of coffee as in good health.
And my teeth are still white after a good brush.
You can use whitening strips and/or toothpaste, all available in drugstores, online, and within stronger prescription form from your dental provider. Some common whitening strips are Crest Whitestrips, they're available at drugstores etc., and there are cheapie generics at Target that profusely of people say work as economically as if not better than for much less money. Any whitening toothpaste will whiten a bit, a short time ago look for "whitening paste" or "blahblah with whitening" in your toothpaste aisle - but for dramatic results you'll have need of the strips/gels/trays you'd get at a drugstore.
