Help next to teeth whitener?

What would be a better idea, getting my teeth whitened at the dentist office, using the Rembrandt two hour at home gear, or using the gradual Crest strips? I'm getting my braces off soon and was wondering what method would work the best. I be thinking the dentist office, because its just one time and it would second longer and you don't have to deal next to all the messy things at home...what do you think?

If you sleep with Crest white strips on over night, the subsequent day it's like BEAMING white.
