im brishing my teeth like 5 times a day and i own a cut ..please help is there something alse i can do

Brushing your teeth won't necessarily build your teeth whiter. That is too bad you got a cut man...I would try to drink milk, Colgate strips, avoiding smoking/drinking, drinking right foods does make teeth better I found. If i were you i would try whitening strips. Or nearby is arms and hammer baking soda tooth paste that works really very well. Just brush your teath 3 times a day. Or use the prohealth tooth paste.
Zoom Whitening is amazing. My dentist charges $300 but I get it done at the mall for $100... that was my bottom teeth.
But I get veneers put on my top six teeth and I love them. You can pick your shade/shape/ shorten/lengthen your teeth.
If you want perment white teeth, I would get veneer. I paid $650 per tooth but it's totally worth it.
try drinking more milk. My dad is a dentist and he says that help gradually, but it stays that way longer than a whitening strip will. If you are set on a whitening strip, I'd recommend Crest.
Most dentists offer whitening teeth. But doing both top and bottem costs over 100 dollars

Either buy a whitening toothpaste from the chemist and try that, or go to your dentist.

you can use colgate whiting stripes.they work economically
zilch over the counter really works. if you want really good results go to your dentist and carry the trays and gel from them. or alot of places have deals. you simply have to find them

do what they did past whitening strips and/or toothpaste...brush with baking soda. Just put some on your palm, pick it up with a raining toothbrush and brush away...leaves your teeth shiny, whiter and feeling really clean
why not turn to dentist..
or buy white strips
