I honestly don't really have a undamaged lot of faith in the strips. I've found that the best and fastest channel to whiten, is to have your dentist do it. My dentist actually give me a take-home kit (I think it be called BriteSmile). It was resembling 200 bucks but my teeth were REALLY white for like 5 months past I had to do it again... It was WAY worth the price and didn't aroma nearly as bad as the strips do, and didn't leave my teeth notion dingy and exposed. Be careful when you're shopping around for whitening products. A lot of the pastes and kit that are available have particles surrounded by them that can scratch the enamel of your teeth and create more crevices for bacteria to grow. Also, some of the products out nearby actually harm the enamel and slowly munch through away at it, and can cause cavities or key tooth sensitivity.
I own found the old-school chrest white stripes work best (the ones that you do twice a day for two weeks)...I have also tried the premium ones and the whiting retainer-like thingsAlso...i brush occasionally next to salt...the grains seem to be to get rid of plaque...but this is bad to do too repeatedly.Lysterine whitening is also good to use
