After I use fluoride rinse, a gelatinous white point builds up between my teeth and oral cavity. What is it?

I brush my teeth and then use a fluoride rinse and dont eat anything for a partially hour. After the half hour is up, a gelatinous white buildup occurs inbetween my teeth and mouth on the inside of my mouth. I just scoop it out and throw it away, what could this be?
Answers:
I can totally co-relate beside you situation.

Change your toothpaste or stop using the fluoride rinse for sometime. If the problem persists, seek a dentist's direction. It used to happen with me when I started using the bi-carb toothpaste. I be worried and asked my doc. She asked me to change my toothpaste and it worked with me.

She said- that for some mouth- such chemicals are vastly strong and start eroding the skin of your mouth and thats why the gelatinous white thing gets formed within your mouth.
It is simply the plaque that you couldn't completely remove and now it is bright white from the bleach.
