Actually the cheapest ways is Baking Soda and Perioxde. Mix it togethr and make a little stick. ALso add a little lime or lemon liquid. Don't swallow though Use it like tooth paste. Whatever you do, don't use those whitening strips or paint on whitening, or even that entry you stick in your mouth with a blue table lamp and it suppose to turn your teeth white. It didn't work on me. It turned my gums white and really irritated.
