i was wondering that also..but my best friend tried the crest white strips and approaching 4 days of using it day and night she saw results and its a 7 time process.so if it worked on her then u should try it..:)
Actually, I would go for the trays instead of the strips! The strips don't affect the nook and crannies between the teeth as they lay flat across the surface of the teeth. The gel that you use in the trays whitens the entire tooth, between them and the backs of teeth as ably. Makes for a more uniform job!
