I LOVE "Dreamy" by neutrogena. It's a lip interpret, but it stays on and it's a beautiful color. It's not expensive, either. It may look open-handed of funky in the tube under fluorescent lighting (I receive mine at Wal-Mart) but it truly is a lovely color. Source(s): I've worn it for a couple of years now. Revlon has a good list.as im tanned skin toned myself,, bought a shade called Natural Cashmere...looks well-mannered on that skin colour too...or just shop an look around from 1 brand to another, experiment what shade matches your skin tone.
