It's normal to grain like your parents are putting a lot of pressure on you. I inculcate at a school for girls and pretty much all of my students get the impression like their parents are putting pressure on them and trying to run their lives.
Maybe you could try talking to them. Although you're alarmed to talk to them, that's probably the best way to show them that you are grown enough to handle adjectives of this on your own. Or maybe you shouldn't try to handle it on your own - your parents know you better than you probably realize and they've already be through life. If you can't talk to them, possibly you could write them a letter and leave it on their pillow or somewhere else where on earth they will find it. I have heard of a couple of family where that works well. I hate to voice it, but your parents are probably not treating you like an adult because you are not acting resembling one. Think about it: you cry yourself to sleep every night, you hold difficulty dealing with pressure, and you are too afraid to talk to your parents going on for how you are feeling. Doesn't that sound resembling something someone very young would do?
Your parents probably thought about you very much and, as they survey you succumb to stress, want to do everything in their power to help you discern better. Unfortunately, this usually manifests in what may appear to you as overbearing behavior. Try taking a deep breath and telling them that yes, you are going through a rough time right presently, but you want to be able to figure out things on your own. Hopefully, they will panorama this as mature behavior and will loosen the slack as well as tolerate you spend more time with your boyfriend.
