--**How can i relieve stress?**--

I know I'm stressed out. I'm about to start my first year of college. I'm having relationship problems, ethnic group issues. I've felt on edge for something like a month or so now. It's not ALWAYS bad... but I find myself one edgy, stressed, irratible... etc. most of the time.
Last night was the first dark it really interrupted sleep. I woke up really early... I tossed and turned all dark... had dreams that stressed me out even more.
What should I do? Should I go to a doctor or see if it pass? Should I worry about it? Any suggestions?

I'm contained by my 3rd year of college, but I still remember ALL THAT Stress... actually, I still get it every couple of months... close to for finals. But to be honest with you, I smoke a cigarette. And if one wasn't enough, next I smoke a second one right after.. I know it's not healthy, BUT IT WORKS!!
First of adjectives find out the reasons of stress. There should be balance between work and rest. If your are taking proper rest next it would have not happened but it seam your amotionally stressed. As you are ind the first year of college then you should forget all relationship and clan problems and you should think for studies and if necessary help yourself to help of your class fellows. embezzle salad of cuccumber and onions specially in the dinner if possible within luch also. We in the company of good students and friends.
You should travel to the doctor and get checked out because you will not want stress ruining your life . Talk to someone you trust and dont be afraid
Count to ten, then filch a few deep breaths, then stir back to sleep. It will pass. Have fun at college, do your work, try not to entertainment too much. Everything in due time will work out. Many times high university relationships are hard to break up, but you have your in one piece future ahead of you. You will meet so heaps interesting people, from so many places. You may even congregate mister right, that future doctor or lawyer. You are going on to a modern period in your go. Every year millions of students are having the same problems as you. Look forward!
Stress can result in many other health relateecstatices to arise. If you are already under as much stress as you say, starting college soon is only going to raise that level even more. You didn't specify what kind of family problems or relationship problems you are having, but most insurance companies grant mental health services. Talking to a therapist and your line doctor is the way to go. When I go through my divorce, my son had major stress, he be reluctant at first to see a counselor, but certainly was glad he finally did.As far as your inability to sleep at hours of darkness goes there is a untaught sleep agent you can purchase at any health food store. Its called Melatonin and it is nonaddictive but works wonders contained by relaxing your mind and body so you can sleep. It has no groggy side effects when you wake surrounded by the morning. Try to get in a bit of exercise everyday as capably, A good fast pace walk, will do wonders to relieve some of your stress. Good Luck!
You can see the doctor and he will give you right counsel otherwise you can start a hobby which will take your mind of things and start exercising. It really helps combat stress.


I get hold of stressed out easily too, I understand where on earth you are coming from.
Its alright, just relax babe. a couple things that you can do are
meditate, grab a book on meditation and try it, it comfort.
Try and stay away from caffine (Esp. Mt Dew) it will cause more stress,
(This includes coffee)
Try to do something that makes you relieved (be it shopping, going out to eat with friends, relaxing by a pool)
Listen to obedient music and take a bath by candle fluffy ( this one helps me) and spend as much time in the tub as you approaching.
Be independant from your man, (have girl time) and go out to dance.
Watch movies that spawn you laugh until you pee.
Cry it out (Its been proven that crying can back relieve stress)
Take yourself on a mini vacation. (Take a couple days of work off, and
disconnect your phone (so fam and your man cant bother you), hole up surrounded by your house and realx for a couple days and prepare yourself fully for the coming week, Do laundry, set out outfits, clean something, Make and freeze all the food you can (That style you have meals adjectives ready for the coming week)
You might find that the week you prepare yourself for is easier on you too.

I hope some of these things helped, but I would also try meditate when you can't sleep. It knocks me out in a heartbeat when I meditate
earlier I sleep.
