I'm constantly stressed about money and bills to the point it effects sleeping. Any tips?

That depends on if you can handle sleep or anti-psychotic type medication. Trazodone is cheap and is supposedly just a stronger dose of some over the counter sleep aids. Seroquel at 25mg worked very resourcefully for me, but, isn't cheap if you don't have insurance. It works well for race or repetitive thoughts. You would need to get used to it resembling over a weekend?
No doubt you didn't mean medications and would enjoy said so? There are some herbal treatments also like valerian. It smells like motionless worms though.
Try to just breathe and plan your sunshine where you are not overloaded but still feel successful beside your day. Don’t turn to food, because then you will stress nearly your fit active. Try to walk for 10 minutes to tranquil yourself down; it is also comfortable to do some yoga exercises to also calm your body down. Stop stressing with bills and money, if you hold a job stick to it. If you are not satisfied near your job, while you are still an employee, on your free time look for a better career that you feel good in the order of. Budget everything you can when you have to spend money, it will make you be aware of like you are not wasting your money. You will also see that you have extra money to compensate more on the bills.

It is difficult to advice anything here, because I do not know the circumstances/background, but
-maybe in that is voluntary or state/federal organzisation that deals with these inhabitants who have finacial difficulties and are more likely to relieve you
-asked family members to support you
-move vertebrae together with family and wage them less money than you have to pay cheque on your own and they in turn will have more money, too through sharing, because you settle for accommodation in their house (benefits both)
-just paying the bills that own priorities or pay little by little every month (but talk to those institutions first)
-tell yourself you can single do so much, esp. when things are out of you control
-get another job to increase your own control
-prioritise in your shopping
-make breathing/Meditation/Yoga exercises contained by order to cope with the stress itself, try to sleep adequate, meet friends and laugh like mad, eat healthy food (esp. fruit, vegetable) and sometimes even chocolate, which hold all chemicals that trigger good emotion

It has affected my sleeping. through an anxiety research course i took, i have learned to "live sometime at a time" and live "in the moment" each time... say youve done what you could do to the best of your ability to pay envelope your bills but your still behind and you have 10 bucks moved out.
Think of something you want really badly, whether its a necessity or not... buy yourself something to make you sunny for a change...10 dollars isnt going to hurt you any worse than what you already are.. it will begin to fashion you a little happier about something even if for freshly a little while.
Thats what i do all the time presently. im on disability so i get only 400 a month right immediately.. by the time i pay my cable, phone, cell... im lucky if i got 100 bucks not here. i took up plastic canvas as a hobby, its very time consuming, but impressively fun. it makes me happy... i also started volunteer work, even if it system spending time at animal shelters helping out, etc..
you will be really surprised at how much this helps you cope with the anxieties. try it it will aid you.

coping skills and meds. coping skills are the main thing motive its all about mind and concentration control. a few things i shift by is dont let it control you and you cant live in apprehension
Let's see. Coping with financial matters you might want to unite with a financial planner. Or a CPA. They are not just for import tax preparation, you know. They can go over your income sources and your periodic expenses; on a daily basis, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually. Then you will do a spreadsheet and lay it out. You've got your salary here. Your proletarian seasonal job there. Then you've get your car payment, your rent/mortgage, grocery bill, etc. And you can put it adjectives on paper. Money coming in. Money going out. You have a sneaking suspicion that it sounds stressful but when you get it organized like that, you switch on to see how you can better manage it- and that should reduce your stress.
On the stress side, I fire up everybody to have regular sessions with a mental form professional. Psychiatrist or psychologist. Many ministers and priests are also licensed mental health counselors. You should have somene to be exact not a friend or family member that you can spill your guts out and they can provide you an objective viewpoint. It's not a moment ago for people who are nuts. It is help to prevent you from going nuts because if you don't draw from help you will go nuts.
Find some destressing deeds to do. Walk, run, ride your bike, hit the gym. Whatever.
