Ok i am in 9th grade...art composition due tomorrow...havent started.powerpoint due thursday...not even halfway done...3 page paper due friday...havent started.cart home test due tomorrow.and still the rest of my homework to do.and its sunday.i am stressing big time.im practicly about to cry...i obligation a fast and easy style to reduce and releive that stress.

I be aware of so bad for you causing yourself adjectives that stress at such a young age.
First try to relax take weighty breaths, tell yourself it is not the end of the world(it isnt) next take a long hot bath-very hot as you can stand it -this will relax your body. Then get a serious newspaper and write a list, #1 -- whatever. these are the things you have need of to get done, and just start on the first one , and run from there. good luck-you are far to childish to be stressing like that.
sorry i cannot help you out because i am stressed out by g ms answer. he is not a psychiatrist, i am glad u didn't listen to him. i saw your answer, to his query, and i replyed to his answer that i agree with you, and exposed his dangerous behavior. to pulsation stress i guess, exercise, a good night sleep, listen to music, get your mind off the exam until you enjoy to do it. hope this helps your have a pious day,and no , you are not crazy, and you do not need a psychiatrist. .
