very hard...I quit smoking 20 times.I smoked for 40 years not a puff for 6 months...I have to use chantix...tried all kinds of other drugs.didnt work...oh you really hold to want to quit...if you dont...it wont work...after 4 days the nicotien is out of your body...the rest is mental...just say ...i aint gonna do it...
AAAAAAAHHHH Iv been trying for so long.I am going to try the patch.But you can try reduction...smoke 20 for 1 week next 15 the next then 10 the subsequent and so on and so on.
Convince yourself you really want to quit, and follow it up. If you really want to quit you can do it, no matter how bad cravings come vertebrae.
If and when they come back have a cup of water, do somthing to get your mind rotten of it.
You could always think that if you ever smoke once again you will die instantly!! >.< lol im sure that will keep hold of you away from smoking your whole life.

The day my wife came out of hospital, after have a mastectomy due to Breast Cancer.

You have to WANT to quit. Then you just breed up your mind, (self-hypnotize yourself) and use WILLPOWER. Just tell yourself you're not going to smoke anymore.
My husband and I used to smoke A LOT. In 1983 he quit cold turkey. I didn't want to quit. 9 months later I looked-for to quit. I saw how easy it was for him. He just missed it after dinner for about 2 weeks.
