Could i own insomnia?

here are my symptoms:

headaches frequently
takes me at least possible 3 hours to fall asleep at night
sleep until 12 contained by the afternoon
when i wake in the middle of the hours of darkness i can't go back to sleep
i hold anxiety
i have a fear of becoming depressed
sleepy during the morning

Help?

Do you exercise every light of day? Even if you walk for 45 minutes every day, it will ensure that you own a good sleep. Please try.
you could fix this, force yourself to wake up way back noon. find something to do away from home, walk within the park, see a movie etc. sounds like you have changed your body sleep outline. the headaches are due to lack of regular sleep. what do you do when you stir up in the middle of the night?
i dont reflect so, because insomnia means u CANT sleep
Your problem is the anxiety and the sleeping probs are the side effect! You must deal next to your axiety or whatever is causing it. Try a theripist or some anti-depressants.
try this for 1 week. no caffine at all. do not allow yourself to sleep during the day. a reheat bath at 11 pm and then to bed. if you wake up up during the night do not get out of bed start counting backwards from 1000. no lights, music or t.v during bedtime. maintain it dark and quiet. rouse up by at least 8 am.

if this does not work after a week then contact your doctor.
