14 year infirm beside insomnia?

my insomnia is crazy. sometimes ill go a darkness without sleeping at all! this have happened many times. i've have to miss vacations, even my own birthday, grades arent good when i dont sleep. I also enjoy restless leg syndrom so that makes it even harder to fall asleep. ive tried: 3mg of melatonin, tylonel and advil PM, Sleep MD, sleep inducing music, breathing exercises, streching previously bed, Nyquill.
a few worked, but not for long. I really need help!
