I enjoy insomnia..please sustain?

Well my life has become amazingly stressful lately, and I'm finding myself having a hard time staying asleep at darkness. I want to go to support groups where general public have terminal illness so I can see first mitt, that other people have it course worse than I do, so that i can appreciate real suffering (kind of like what edward norton did contained by "fight club") Has anyone else done this before, If so communicate me your experience, and has it worked for you? I can use any advice on person able to stay asleep at night. Thank you.

later this problem can be sorted out ? do u have any stress . u can try some anxiolytics ? do u hv diffficulty in start or continuation phase
