I've had a baby since so I don't rem. having insomnia or at least approaching this. Every night i wake around 1-2 am budge to the bathroom and then I am WIRED! I just can't decline asleep I lay awake for 3-4 hours on end and then my 2 yr feeble gets up between 6-7 am and i'm wiped for the morning. Has this happened to any of you? If so how did you deal? I am exausted plus I enjoy to go to work on top of it UGHHH. I simply need a little nouns.
I be the same with both of my children. I decision I could say there is a tricks cure, but I didn't find one. It was that way beside both of them for the entire last month. Check with your doctor. Mine said it be OK for me to take an occasional Benadryl. She also prescribed me Ambien CR. Talk to your MD about your option. I think it's because you have so much on your mind. It's not similar to with your first one, you know exactly what to expect, exactly what is coming. In your mind you are probably already working out how you will handle situations beside the new baby, beside the 2 year old, with the hubs, etc. Good luck, I longing the best for you.
I'd go to the docter and ask for prescription sleeping pills, i haven't have a child i just have insomnia >.<
"> I was the same track with my daughter. I would sleep from 10pm to 1 am.. then lay awake until 4am.. and sleep until 8am... Everynight for the finishing month. It was very exhausting! I feel it's just going to continue until you hold the baby. But look on the bright side, you only enjoy 4 more weeks!! I'm 23 weeks, and I'm not looking forward to those sleepless nights!
Congrats!
I'm almost 31 weeks with my second child and this started happening to me when I be around 26 weeks. It is so frustrating. The littlest thing will wake me up and later I will be up for hours and then it is time for my 3 year old to receive up since he doesn't know the meaning of sleeping in:) Then it's time for work. Yay! I will i knew something that could help you out but I haven't found anything that works for me but. I did invest in an air gadget so not a lot of outside noise would bother me it help for a bit maybe it will help you out. I also hear of profusely of people drinking warm milk to travel back to sleep. Hope something helps you. Good luck and hopefully sweet dreams:) Source(s): mother of a 3 year hoary and a little girl on the way
