Hey for the past few days I haven't been competent to stay asleep. I wake up almost every hour. Last night I go to bed at 12 and woke up at 4 and couldn't fall back asleep for a partially an hour. Once I fell back asleep I woke up a few times before finally getting up at 11. My interview is I have been going to bed at different times for almost a week and a partly now (2am one night, 5 am the other hours of darkness, 3 am, 2am, 4am, 2:30 am and finally last night at 12 am. Could it be the times Im going to bed thats making me own problems sleeping?
P.S. The late sleep times are due to the fact that Im on spring break.
