I've been having horrible insomnia for possibly a month. With the warmer weather being above 25-40 degree lately I've had the opportunity to walk at work... and beside my desire to lose weight I've been pushing nearly 10 miles each night, 3-4 night a week (weather and climate permitting) doing 15 minute miles each hour.
Anyone ever heard of walking approaching this causing insomnia? ( I try to go to bed 1 hours after getting home from work, which is 7AM )
