Which Sleeping aid works better?

I have a trouble sleeping.
Nyquil doesnt make me sleepy at adjectives. I've taken 5 tablespoons at once and still nothing.

I have a bottel of 50 mg of unisom capsule
and I also have benadryl 25 mgs

Which works better? Unisom or benadryl?
Also the unisom says individual to take one but Im not sure it will work do you think it will be okay to nick 2 caps? that would be taking 100 mgs of unisom

If you have taken stuff for a long time that may be why it is not working.
Unisom capsules and Benadryl both contain duplicate active ingredient, which is diphenhydramine. Taking one Unisom capsule is alike as taking two benadryl tablets. You can safely take up to 100mg of diphenhydramine but I wouldn't jump any higher than that.

By the way, the Unisom tablets and Nyquil own doxylamine as the active ingredient...so if Nyquil isn't doing anything for you most likely neither would Unisom tablets.

I wouldn't bring the benadryl OR the Unisom capsules after you've already taken 5 tablespoons of Nyquil, which is 5 times the recommended dosage.

when u overdose on a drug, theres a unsystematic your body will have a negative counterattack.
Personaly, i take benadryl to help me drop asleep. sometimes it helps lol
i know drugs such as asprin are bad for your liver. purely sayin
