Hi, I'm 15 and I am working on this big event where a bunch of orphans from Africa will come to the US for a while and I'm trying to promote one of their biggest events. When I go to bed, I cannot trickle asleep it takes like two hours because my mind is going a mile a minute around things I need to do. It is about 2am earliest when I slop asleep and then I wake up around 7. This have been happening for a while immediately, and I'm starting to really get tired and not feel ably. I don't want to take a nap for anxiety I'm going to loose the sleep I'd get at night. Once winter break is over I own to go to crew practice at 4am, and I don't want to be waking up 2 hours after I've fall asleep (this is another thing I think in the region of when I'm trying to fall asleep)
