I suffer from chronic insomnia. As far as I could remember I’ve always had trouble getting plenty deep restful sleep. Now these couple of last years I’ve be having high anxiety problems that raison d`être my mind to continue to race during the darkness that don’t allow me to fall asleep right away and also causes me to get up up sever times a night.
I was thinking on doing a couple of experiments, first is when I find myself awake contained by the middle of the night cause I cant sleep, I will try going for walk briskly then a hot bath and afterwards pray to fall into a deep sleep. The other is only to stay awake until I feel so drowsy that I don’t have any other way out but to fall into a deep sleep.
Please provide any nurture back that you might think could facilitate. I’ve already gone to a sleep lab and the doctor told me that it is a problem with my genes and that I had to find away to live beside it

I used to have troubles beside insomnia too. What I did was go adjectives natural. No msg no aspartame both are excitotoxins. I wouldn't smoke much if any. That helped some. Then I give up tap water. I drink and cook next to only purified non fluoridated water. I after started taking bentonite clay baths and internally one teaspoon in 16 oz water once a light of day on empty stomach. Baking soda also same amount dose.
Half cup clay one teaspoon in the baths three times a week for partially an hour.
I sleep harder now like I did when I be younger. I lost weight and for the anxiety attacks I started taking a vitamin called hackle nails and skin.
It has adjectives the b vitamins and paba which really helps with anxiety attacks.
There is a program I get also called holosync. Its a meditative cd that really help your brain to go into the theta delta and alpha states. You feel more relaxed and tranquil.
I am no longer tired. I don't snore anymore. I cant figure that one out.
But anyways hope this helps you. It really help me and my family as I am no longer grumpy and feel more at facility.

I don't know if this is the best but conceivably an exercises machine in your house would be a obedient way to make yourself tired. Jogging at darkness can be dangerous.

i find no food from after dinner helps, no drink, no tv, no computer. it helps you prepare and keep your mind... inactive.
I find a hot bath by candlelight help, and then sleep and hot bath if i stir up.
