Get to the bottom of WHY your insomnia is manifesting itself. Go to a doctor. Usually insomnia is an END-RESULT of an underlying condition. Solve that, and you capture rid of the insomnia.

Drink warm milk. Why don't you want to take melatonin? It's not a drug, won't trade name you groggy in the morning. Anything that goes within your mouth is required ( at least here in Canada and the USA) to document the ingredients so there won't be weird stuff. But if you don't want to lift it I can dig that. you stipulation a doctor..they will prescribe a medicaton for it..but if you really dont want to..try herbal remedies like chamomile and passionflower..i defenitly recomend passionflower..i use it ONLY for emergencies similar to when i really cant sleep at all...thats how srtong it is..it will kock you out like a dart..surrounded by fact i read that aztecs before use to use it as a tranquilaser and anaesthetic thats why its translated (passi flora) in latin because it gives you a notion of well-being..but anyways BE CAREFUL if you consume more than 3 cups...it will be like a dart enough to purloin a tiger down..im not joking..pasionflower is strong stuf when takng in lofty dosages like for exaple more than 4 cups..so be careful don overdose yourself.anyways..if it doesnt work(which i really doubt)..it might be more of a serious condition so step to a doctor..but passionflower is especially used for treating insomia..hope it helps

OK. First get bad the computer at least an hour before bed. It's too much stimulation for the brain. Make sure your bedroom is totally pitch-black. Some people can't even stand the numbers on the digital clock. Make sure the room is cool but not cold. Take a warm tub. Maybe a cup of cocoa or tea. If you are worried or stressed some like to write down on a pad what is bothering them and consequently they put it in a drawer. Then go to bed, lay on your subsidise. Starting with your toes, relax each member of your body. Don't move on until you get the toes totally relaxed.
