im only getting to sleep at 6.30am every day. Can i steal anything that wont harm the baby?
Instead of taking medications, try these sleeping hygiene techniques first as they are much safer than medication.
1. Make your bedroom conducive for sleeping. Keep it night, cool and quiet. If noises from the outside interrupt your sleep, close the door or use earplugs.
2. Avoid consumption heavy meals 3 to 4 hours back sleeping.
3. Taking a warm bath since going to bed will make you sleepy. Source(s): My mom
i get that and im with the sole purpose 12 week pregnant lol...x
Try gentle exercise during the light of day, such as swimming. Water helps with buoyancy and reduce impact and strain to muscles and a warm drink before bed such as herbal tea, next to chamomile. Other natural sleeping properties including Ginseng, honey, oats and nutmeg are also safe to use surrounded by pregnancy.
Other herbal remedies are just as strong as over the counter medication and has NOT be researched properly!
For the safety of the baby. I would try other methods. Try burning lavender oil/ candles. Or placing lavender drops on your pillow, next to soothing music or sound machines to help relaxation. If you can bring back someone to massage you. even better. Be careful what you use to squeeze with. Try olive oil. or ones used specifically for pregnant or lactating mothers
actually you may transport Unisom before you go to bed. Most pregnant women i know steal this, it is actually a cure for nausea, but i took it for the first 4 months..i also can't sleep well again and i'm 21 weeks..so i might start it up again. All i would inevitability was a half of a pill, and it does the trick. If you ask your doc in the region of it, they will say it's ok. :)(it's weird how it's a sleeping pill, but also help nausea, but thank goodness for it!!) Source(s): my doctors
