to do same i use to drink lot of water avoid tee Coffey cold drink ,saline fried stuff,don't eat out just home made stuff .here is a diet table of seven days fixed follow strictly .eating at right time and in right amount. avoid sugar.sleep 6-8 hour on a daily basis
follow CTM before sleeping .also if you tack any protein supplement it will do a lot of work .
