Skin Whitening Cream?

Can anyone recommend me a good skin whitening cream? One that I can find in Canada because I can't find one skin whitening cream here they are adjectives tanning lotions. I can't buy stuff off the internet either so please don't suggest it. Thanks.

hmmm whitening creams are similar to time bombs try and get away from them as much as possible because most of them have cortisone or cortisone close to substances that cause major side effects.
try this, anything next to vitamin c makes you white... like a lemon scrub or creams that hold vitamin c
oh and ofcourse green tea helps alot in whitening your skin because its occupied with anti oxidants and good stuff for your skin
wear some sun peak, something from 65 to a 100. theyre really good and if you have fatty skin go for fluid sun screen its alot smaller quantity greasy.
just please dont buy any chemical products that might harm your skin inadequately
