I do not think that you should lighten your skin. This answer is going to explain why but I enjoy also given you some information that you were looking for in your interrogate - I think that you might feel you are not pretty ample in some way and trying to live up to some logo that society portrays that makes you feel not as good-looking or less than and just know - that no thing what you do to the outside, it is not the outside of you making you feel that way - it is on the inside.. it is how you be aware of about yourself. :)
Products that contain glycolic acid are supposed to relieve with this - ones prescribed from a dermatologist would work better of course since the ingredients are stronger than anything over the counter. You want something that claims to enjoy some kind of bleaching agent in it. You may want to try a nice exfoliating facial scrub next to fruit enzymes which have also been shown to oblige - it gets off deceased skin cells and brightens complexions.. or maybe achieve a facial at a spa or salon or use a drug store version of a facial peel resembling the one from Oil of Olay. Also, know that cheap products are cheap for a reason - the ingredients are not as good as the more expensive and reputable ones for the most bit.
I would tell you though to make sure that this is something you want to do - why don't you deliberate you are beautiful as you are? I am sure you are beautiful merely the way you are. So many general public go tanning and want darker skin ~ be sure roughly speaking this.. Many women and men go about cosmetic operation and use products to change something about their appearance thinking that if they lately change something on the outside, they will feel better in the region of themselves on the inside - and after they get these things done or use these products, they realize that it did not work ~ it was not the outside.. it be the inside that needed "fixing". It was their low self-esteem & lack of self-confidence or some course that society has placed this unreachable image of perfection contained by their heads. Some spend the rest of their lives doing things to their faces and bodies to try to consistency better.. and they never do.. It is how you feel about yourself on the inside. I do not know your circumstances or why you want to do this but I only wanted to mention those things to you because maybe it is not worth the risks - as below, you will see within are some recent stories in the media that claim nearby is a real dangerous risk near the use of skin lightening products.
Also know that sometimes products like these may leave unwanted results.. such as weakness, blotchiness, irritation or overall unexpected and unwanted results. You may wish you have not - I also do not know iif things like this can be "undone" once you use them so if the results are not what you wanted or expected, you may not want to even do this.
If you do, I would significantly recommend going to a professional - this is not like dying your hair.. this is your obverse and if something causes a problem that might be permanent - it could be a debacle.
I would at least see a dermatologist for a consultation to go over your option. Perhaps they would recommend the best OTC products and tell you specific risks or instructions so you really can obtain the results you are looking for. It is much better to be prepared beforehand later wish you had be when it is too late, you know?
That said, you may want to try products from Bliss Spa. They have an excellent reputation and the finest products but they do cost extra. ( http://www.blissworld.com/spa/)I would telephone call their toll free number first to ask them about your specific needs and see what they recommend and if they get the products you are looking for: The toll free # in the US is: (1)-888 243 8825. Kiehls.com also sells excellent products that are affordable.. Clinique, Chanel and Estee Lauder also give good products from totally affordable to kind of expensive - depending on your budget, these really are the best skin safekeeping companies - not necessarily for lightening skin but in general for skincare and keeping your skin vigorous.
This is also an excellent brand that Bath & Body Works and other fine retailers sell and sounds like what you are looking for:

** This is exceptionally important and I urge you to read this article. It is from August of this year and it says that the FDA is proposing to forbid skin lightening creams and products that are sold without a prescription since one agent in them have been linked to cause cancer and ochronosis when used on African Americans. I am not sure of your exact skin color - I guess you are Muslim but this may be a risk for other ethnicities as well - a very influential risk that I would not be willing to take. I own pasted one excerpt below but this link is undamaging so please read it before making any decisions and homily to a doctor first. :o)
"The Food and Drug Administration proposed a ban Tuesday on over-the-counter sales of skin-lightening products, motto possible health risks cannot justify their human being sold without a prescription.
The creams typically contain a drug called hydroquinone, a possible carcinogen also related to a skin-disfiguring condition, the FDA said. While the actual risk of the drug is unknown, the agency said the products should be restricted to prescription use under medical supervision.
An estimated 65 companies in the United States provide roughly 130 different skin-bleaching creams and other products that contain hydroquinone, the FDA said.
Studies on rodents show only "some evidence" that hydroquinone may cause cancer. However, the drug's connect to a disfiguring condition called ochronosis has be widely documented since 1975 in black women and men in South Africa, Britain and the U.S." (read more at the connection below)
