I don't know if near is a cure for it but "Eucerin" is the best thing I've found for it. It comes in a cream, or a lotion. You can use it year around. I resembling the cream that comes in the jar. You can buy it at your local drug store, Walgreen's, Wal-mart. My daughter had psoriasis and dry skin as a child and this worked okay for her. Not sure if she still suffers with it since she is grown and gone from home. LOL

I found when I be taking milk thistle and olive leaf capsules I didn't enjoy any problems with mine and my Rosacea cleared up too. This is not a permanent cure, because I own been off of them for going on for a year and it's all back. I plan to start taking them again. I thought I be all better and so I stopped...dumb mistake on my part. But it did relief while I was taking them! hope this helps some
