I've pinched a nerve in my leg, or something similar, and hold been in much dull pain for months, I found Advil didnt help, Tylenol didnt help, not even these meds the doctor give me really help. My female friend give me some of her Midol, and it works amazing. So to make it through work I've been taking pretty a bit..
So the question is.. is it safe for guys to clutch menstrual meds? I was told they contain estrogen or something, anyone know about this? Yeah, have a feeling free to laugh, it's funny...
Answers:
Midol wouldn't have any MORE estrogen because the women using it are full with estrogen already. I presume Midol works because it's designed for those gut grinding cramps we ladies get!! Midol won't hurt you, it has potassium, resembling bananas!
The ingredient surrounded by Tylenol in acetaminophen, and that is matching ingredient in Midol...except midol also adds medication for bloating. So i dont think it will help or hurt you much at adjectives.
EDIT: i just reread your question and you said it did support you...thats odd. lol. But i suppose if it helps lug it. there is no estrogen or anything like that within it. Midol doesn't even stop my cramps so i guess your lucky Source(s): Female nursing student
Medications for PMS do not contain any hormones. They contain meds for pain, inflammation, bloating, and such. They are totally protected for guys. That is actually a HUGE myth. I have given them to guys that couldn't find anything else for aching. It is just like taking a Tylenol.
