14 year antediluvian, i want to know how to build muscle strength, not tone?

I know all the exercises on how to build muscle tone, but i would like to build muscle strength? my brother is a physiotherapist and said within was a difference, but he didnt know any exercises on how to help muscle strength! by the approach, im about 5ft 11 and 11 stone, im in shape and adjectives, does that help?

I'm 14 years old, too. But - shorter than you. XD. Well, I'm an amateur wrestler for my conservatory so building tone and strength is important. To start off, since you already know how to build tone, do like peas in a pod thing you did. Lift weights. But also, practice some benching squats to tighten your biceps/triceps. You're gonna become sore within days but you will obtain used to it. But, guaranteed strength once it becomes a daily entry. Also, push-ups would be helpful too. Don't go unyielding on yourself when doing these steps though. You could end up with tendinitis or something. But every week, set up short-term goal on what bench/dumbbell weights you want to achieve in.
