Any muscle mass that you're trying to put on is a direct result of caloric intake and weight training and REST
First, your caloric intake should be above 2500/day and should consist primarily of protein & carbs; fish, chicken, egg whites, yogurt, supplements etc
Next, you hold mutilple options in lingo of the exercise routine you do, but for biceps there are only a few really successful ones: dumbell curls & preacher curls with the preacher bar. You can also isolate them next to reverse preacher curls & hammer curls with dumb bells
Either channel, you should be doing at least 3 sets of each exercise to disappointment.meaning, you can't physically do anymore!
