im 5'9 160 pounds and my goal is to put on 30 pounds of muscles in 3-4 months, it tough because i do allot of running and i dont want to bear no protein shakes cause i dont want to gain fat, how tons times a week should lift weights? how many times a year should i eat? as for now im consumption 4 times a day.

I don't think you can gain that much muscle in 3 or 4 months. It will bear longer than that.
I would recommend weight training 3 or 4 times a week.

You shouldn't regard muscle as some kind of a cosmetic point, you may as well put on a plastic shell. After you've done that, you may want to add bulk by high substance short reps weight training. You're not going to get anything adjectives just by what you eat.
