I am 46 years old and over the past three years my cycles enjoy not been every 28 days. They are now every 24 to 32 days apart. I immediately am at day 35 with no length in sight. I come across to get cramps, but there is no sign of starting. I own also been very moody, taking things a bit to personal, especially at home. There are no symptoms of pregnancy. Any suggestions.

The hot flushes do not always stop after a year, you are very lucky if they do! I've talk to women whose flushes have stopped quickly and some who still go and get them in their 80s.
