I play high school football and am wondering if taking HGH over-the-counter could relief me with my strength. I'm 16 years old and weigh around 210 but would approaching to start my senior season of football at around 225-230. Would HGH help? I wouldn't change any of my conventional practices in terms of lifting and drinking but I think HGH could help and since it's not against the law in high arts school i'm wondering if I should take it. What are the negative affects that come next to it?

That can't possibly be healthy, you'd cause a hormonal inconsistency. Especially since you're going through puberty, it could really mess up your health. I'd advise against it. The one and only way to build muscle mass in a respectable way is to lift weights and put away more protein. Sorry.
There is no Human Growth Hormone pill.
The pills they're selling are some homeopathic B.S. and they are useless.
The with the sole purpose real Human Growth Hormone is in form of an injection, not pills.
Real HGH taken as a pill would seriously mess you up, so it's not even legitimate to produce it.
Don't believe any ads for HGH pills, it's only homeopathic crap, that mechanism it's useless.
Ew, no. That will seriously mess up your development. You are in the middle of puberty, you don't involve any more HGH. Enter the football season as whatever weight you are, it will be fine.
