I turned 15 last month and I'm currently 5'4. I know that with self a girl, you stop growing at about 17 or 18. I'm doing all the right things and I want to grasp as much height in as I can previously I'm done growing. I've heard that peanut butter helps, but I really don't know if that have any credibility. I exercise, which is a proven factor, but I'm looking more in the foods department. I really don't think here is any miracle food for height, but I've really dedicated myself to this, and if you enjoy any helpful advice please do put in the picture.
