Our 8 month old Boxer is being treated for generalized (face & collar only) demodectic mange by oral ivermectin and antibiotics. The "elephant skin" phase is gone now, but she looks like she requests "hair club for dogs". How long before we can expect the coat to regrow. We're doing everything we can: Blue Buffalo dog food, suppliments, flaxseed oil, Vitamin E, etc. It's been 2 weeks since her first treatment which be a mitaban dip followed by the ivermectin.
